By collaging the urban environment of Victoria Station and the projection of ketchup squeezer that symbolizes the action of ejaculation, the series Organic Access creates an opportunity for the public to encounter a moment that merges the public and the private, the virtual and the real. The location I chose for Organic Access is Victoria Station. It is the place where the city landscape is marked by towering contradictions between the historical architecture and modern buildings. The city landscape itself has already created a strong contradiction, which usually creates a strong sense of alienation and cultural identity anxiety.
By using the technology of Augmented Reality, I plan to invite the audience to interact with the film showed on their own devices. By building a location-based AR effect, the audience can only see my work when they physically arrive there. By scanning the QR code or imputing the web-link I built, the viewers can see and interact with the image and videos pre-recorded. By observing a very slow movement of a tongue licking the lips, or a very slowly squeezed ketchup squeezer, the audience’s instinctive desire is provoked and released. Other feelings such as sexuality, eroticism, sensuousness, playfulness are also meant to provoke during the encounter of the artwork. Therefore, I category Organic Access as sensational, supernormal stimuli, spoilt sense of privilege and the utility relations between the viewers and the work.
The interactivity between AR interface and the background of the park explores the convergence between the fantasy and the reality, the public and private, the real and the virtual, the cruelty and the imagination.

When the reality is so disappointing, how can we detach it and find a save place to inhabit and indulge ourselves and even find a convergence between the two?
AR interactive interface Erotic Poetics invites the public to explore different video clips from their devices around the Southwark Park gallery and the outer space of Southwark Park Galleries.
During the pandemic, ASMRtist provides a safe place for people to trust and relax even they are all strangers. I use ASMR sound effect, and supernormal stimuli in this series to engage the audience and attempts to evoke the erotic and sensuous feeling from the public.
